Summary

This release enhances workflow efficiency with an improved Opportunity Sidebar, configurable email threading, and automatic timezone detection. Users can now enrol multiple contacts in sequences, enjoy faster performance, and prevent sending empty emails. Manual send overrides, custom sorting, and Saved Views provide greater control, while upgraded opportunity chart filters and sidebar search improve data management.

Changes

• Improved the Opportunity Sidebar, making it easier to add all relevant information while creating an Opportunity.

• Users can now configure Sequences to Send in Same Thread or in a New Thread.

• Timezones for Sequences are now set according to browser location.

• We've enabled multiple contact enrolment in a single Sequence.

• Improved performance for Sequences & Campaigns.

• We now prevent sending empty emails if user didn't click Save in composer screen.

• For Sequences, manually pressing Send button will immediately send the next step in the sequence, even if it was originally scheduled for a different time.

• Users can now sort by custom fields for all entities and lists.

• Implemented Saved Views that enables users to save custom views, consisting of their selected filters, sorting, and display options.

• In Chart creation, users can now select the Opportunity Stages to filter relevant data.

• Fixed Search functionality in the Reconcile sidebar, making it easier to match data.
