Summary

This week’s release expands scoring functionality with a dedicated settings section for custom scores. The workflow and reconcile sidebars receive usability enhancements such as location display and instant event sync, while numerous interface improvements streamline navigation and clarity. Users also gain more control with trigger type editing, entity image previews, and searchable fields in custom scoring.

Changes

• Person location now appears below seniority in the reconcile sidebar for easier reference

• Image icons are now visible for entities in preview mode

• Several interface updates were made in the workflow preview including improved icons, button colors, metric name visibility, and handling for long company names

• Users can now update the type of a trigger when making changes

• Fields can now be searched when adding them in custom scoring workspace

• Settings now includes a scoring section for building multiple custom scores with filters and weighted fields; all outputs become custom fields available platform-wide

• Events created on the workflow page now appear instantly in the event sidebar for easy selection by users

• Actions are now removed from the workflows page immediately after deletion without needing to reload
