Summary

This release refines the workflow and trigger-building experience with smarter operator handling, clearer field behavior, and simplified action configuration. Navigation and sidebars are more intuitive and persistent, branding updates ensure accurate vendor representation, and new list management and view editing flows reduce friction. Enhanced Hubspot integration delivers robust two-way sync with improved visibility and control over synced data.


Changes

  • Users can now create Record triggers by selecting a list and see a tooltip that explains when records are added or removed

  • The left navigation sidebar now opens expanded by default and remembers your collapse or expand choice across sessions

  • Users now select a single Action Type instead of separate Action and Platform fields, simplifying action setup and display

  • Event and trigger sidebars now display all field labels and inputs with perfect vertical alignment, improving readability

  • Users can now add contacts or companies to a list directly from workflow actions

  • Clicking Edit in Manage Views now opens the edit sidebar automatically after redirect, letting you modify view settings without extra clicks

  • The contact modal now automatically closes when you click an email to open the composer, allowing you to work in the composer without the modal in the way

  • Hubspot integration now supports two-way sync of contacts, accounts, companies and custom fields, displays sync icons and notifications, and includes full field management settings

  • Users now see only the comparison operators that apply to the selected field or metric type when creating a trigger, simplifying operator selection

  • The workflow trigger creation sidebar now filters to show only supported trigger types and entity types, simplifying trigger setup

  • The workflow trigger event form now displays the correct value fields for each operator – two mandatory fields for BETWEEN, a single field for other operators, and hides fields for EXISTS and NOT_EXISTS, improving setup accuracy

  • Trigger event forms now automatically hide or show operator and threshold fields based on the selected trigger type
