Overview
Saved Views let you save and reuse a specific setup of filters, sorting, and selected columns, so you can return to the same view anytime without rebuilding it.
Saved Views helps you:
Get back to frequently used views in one click
Keep teams aligned by sharing consistent views
Standardize default setups (admin-managed)
Common Use Cases for Saved Views
Save a set of filters you use regularly (e.g., “My Open Deals”, “High-Intent Prospects”)
Switch quickly between different views of the same dataset for comparison

Things to Watch Out For
Default Views (Admin-managed)
Default Views currently apply only to columns and sorting.
Filters cannot be included in a Default View yet.
Permissions & Sharing
Only admins can set Default Views for the workspace.
Shared views behave based on the permissions assigned by the view owner.
You may have view-only, edit, or manage access depending on what was granted.
Current UX constraints
There is no bulk management (e.g., selecting and deleting multiple views at once).
There is no version history (you can’t restore older versions of a view).
FAQs
Q: What is a Saved View?
A: A Saved View is a reusable configuration that stores your filters, sorting, and column selections so you can reapply the same setup anytime.
Q: Who can create Saved Views?
A: Any user can create Saved Views for themselves. Admins additionally can set workspace Default Views.
Q: What is a Default View?
A: A Default View is a workspace-wide configuration set by an admin that determines the default columns and sorting users see.
Q: Can I include filters as part of a Default View?
A: Not currently. Default Views support columns and sorting only.
Q: Why can’t I see or edit a Saved View someone shared with me?
A: Access depends on the permissions assigned by the view owner. If you only have view access, you may not be able to edit or manage the view.
Q: If I edit a Saved View, does it affect others?
A: It will only affect others if the view is shared and you have edit or manage permissions. If you have view-only access, you cannot make changes.
Q: Can I rename or delete a Saved View?
A: Yes — if you own the view or have been granted edit/manage permissions.
Q: Does sharing a Saved View share the underlying data?
A: No. Saved Views only store configuration. Users will only see data they already have access to.
Q: Is bulk management or version history supported?
A: Not yet. These are not currently available.
Q: What happens if the underlying dataset changes?
A: In most cases the view will still load, but any filters or columns that no longer exist may be removed and the view may require updates.
