Custom Scoring lets you define, operationalize, and trust your own scoring models directly inside CRED’s ArcLight platform—so you can turn your business logic into action without manual workflows or services support.

Getting Started

Access Custom Scoring

1. Log into the CRED platform

2. Click your profile icon

3. Navigate to Settings → Scoring

From here, you can create and manage your custom scoring models.

How to Use

Create a Custom Score

Once in the Scoring section:

1. Click Add New Score

2. Name your score

3. Select one or more company attributes (factors)

4. Apply conditions and thresholds

5. Save and create the score

Apply and Run the Score

After creating a score:

1. Define where the score should run using filters

2. Create a score application

3. Set the run frequency

4. Launch the scoring process

Scoring runs automatically in the background and typically completes within a few hours.

What You Can Do

✅ Combine multiple attributes into a single score
✅ Apply scores only to relevant companies
✅ Run scoring automatically on a schedule
✅ View clear justifications for every score

Limitations / Notes

• Currency values follow your system’s configured currency

• Once saved, score factors are locked (but can be edited)

• Scoring results may take 2–3 hours to complete

• This is the foundational version of Custom Scoring, with enhancements coming
